The missing piece between pole classes

Superpower
Your Pole
Progress

Build the strength. Close the gap.

Pole-specific strength training designed to help you progress faster, stop plateauing, and finally know exactly what to do between classes. This is not a general fitness program. It's built around what pole actually demands from your body.

July Feature Course

Superpower Your
MF'n Core

A fully guided, supported one-month experiment to see how much your core can develop in four weeks, with fortnightly coaching check-ins and a space to ask questions and get real answers.

You test yourself at the start. A set of simple, specific strength and skill markers, things you can actually see and feel changing. You do the work. You test again at the end. You see the gap close.

The point isn't a number on a scale. It's watching your body do something it couldn't do four weeks ago.

Skill test

How far can you sit back today? Take a photo. Repeat at week four.

Strength test

Grip endurance, push capacity, hold time. Measurable from day one.

Body composition

Optional and self-tracked. Notice changes in how you move, feel, and recover.

What changes

Better grip strength and endurance
More control in climbs, holds, and transitions
Faster progression through skills you're already working on in class
Fewer stuck phases between milestones
More consistency between sessions, less starting from scratch
Better body awareness and recovery
Increase in positive mental health and the capacity to do life

Research suggests around 1 in 3 people have experienced trauma, and in pole communities, that number is likely higher. This library has been designed with that awareness woven through it from the start.

Content is structured to support nervous system capacity over time. Monthly opt-in education softly introduces these concepts without ever pushing. You're met where you are, at a pace that feels safe.

Pole is where we're starting

The Movement & Mindfulness Hub is in its pilot stage right now. I'm working with pole studios and their communities to see what actually works, what people use, what helps, and what needs to change.

The pilot is running with pole studios and other communities and sectors as we expand beyond pole, aiming to wrap by the end of the year, and that's why the $59 a month price is code-gated. If you're with a participating studio, use their code. If you're not, use mine: SPR30.

Then we look at what happened. If the model works the way I believe it can, the stories that come out of it can help us explore what's next, including working alongside the community services, mental health and trauma recovery sectors.

Pole is where we're starting. It doesn't have to be where it ends.

FAQs

Is this a 3-month commitment?

Not for everyone. If you sign up for Superpower Your MF'n Core, that is your commitment: one month. See how your body responds and what changes. After that, you are welcome to stay for ongoing access to the full library, but there is no obligation. If you want to commit to three months upfront, that option is there too. But you can start with just the one month.

What is the difference between the monthly and upfront options?

The upfront option ($179 with your studio code, $279 standard) gives you three months of full access in one payment. Pay once, focus on the work. The monthly option is $59/month with your studio code ($89/month without), with full library access from day one, with the MF'n Core course as your guided entry point. Your subscription renews monthly. You can cancel any time after your first three weeks, with one week's notice. We will send you a reminder before each billing date.

Can I choose when my payment comes out?

Yes. All payment options can be scheduled on a date that suits your pay cycle. Email Andria to sort that before you sign up.

I have never done pole. Can I still do this?

Yes. The library is designed around pole but it works without one. The strength and flexibility work translates to anyone who wants to move better and feel stronger. Built for pole. Good for all.

What if I have been away from pole and want to come back?

This is a genuinely good way to do it. A month of the core experiment means your strength and body awareness are already building before you step back into the studio. Some people come back to class at the same time. Some do the month first and then return. This is actually how many of Andria's students return to class.

Is it for beginners?

Yes. There is a super beginner section, and everything in the library is structured in progressions (step one, step two, step three). You start where you are. If you have been at pole for years and want more challenge, that is in there too.

What does 30 minutes or less a day actually look like?

The core course runs across four weeks. Upper body Monday, core Wednesday, lower body Friday. Cardio options on the other days if you want them (boxing is in there). You open the video and Andria cues you through everything. You do not have to plan anything. It is follow-along.

Can I do more than 30 minutes?

Yes. The main strength workouts have longer options linked, around 45 to 60 minutes for those who want more. That said, 30 minutes is genuinely enough for most people's lives and workloads, and some weeks 15 minutes is all that is possible. That is okay too.

What happens after the MF'n Core month?

You have access to the full library for as long as you stay. 150+ videos covering strength, flexibility, restore and recover, and nervous system support. There will also be a guided focus for month two and a new course in month three. If you are on the monthly plan, you can cancel any time after your first three weeks, with one week's notice.

What are the Q&A calls like?

They run fortnightly throughout the pilot. You submit questions in advance and Andria answers them in a group format, so you get the benefit of everyone else's questions too. Topics can be anything from how to fit the training into your week, to specific technique questions, to how the program is affecting your pole.

What is in the full library?

150+ videos. Pole-specific strength in 30-minute and one-hour formats covering upper body, lower body, core, and whole body. Flexibility mapped to pole moves. Restore and recover sessions for the lower-energy days. Short nervous system practices. Boxing and cardio options. Printable planners and tracking tools. It is all in there.

How is this different from a generic fitness app?

A generic fitness app is not designed around what pole demands of your body. Upper body here covers chest and shoulders, not just back. Flexibility is mapped to specific pole moves. The progressions are built for pole. Andria is cueing you through every session, you are not watching a video and hoping you worked it out. Some people even use it at the gym with Andria in their earpiece, because having someone cue your form in real time makes a real difference.

Can I cancel?

Your subscription renews monthly. To cancel, just email Andria with one week's notice. We will also send you a reminder before each billing date so you always know when it is coming.
