A week of real movement, strong enough for pole dancers working toward inversions, and built for any body that wants to get stronger, more mobile, and more capable in everyday life. One session of each kind, so you can feel what the full thing is like first.
One week. Seven sessions. If you came in through a studio, your code makes it free.
seven days, one session of each kind
This is a one week taste of The Movement & Mindfulness Hub… strength, boxing, core, cardio, somatic and flexibility, one session of each, thirty minutes a day. Strong enough for pole dancers working toward inversions, and built for any body that wants to get stronger and more mobile in a way that fits into a life. You don't need a gym. You don't need to be a beginner or an athlete. You just need thirty minutes and a willingness to show up.
One week shows you the range and the feel. It won't get you strong on its own, because that part comes from repeating a session enough times that your body stops surviving it and starts getting good at it. That repetition is what the membership is built around. This week is how you find out if the way I teach is for you.
Someone will check in with you during the week. Not to sell you anything, just to see how you're going and help if something isn't landing.
A lot of these classes are filmed in my studio, by myself, with a real dog and a real life in the background. That is part of the point. I'm not performing fitness. I'm teaching it. I've been working in movement for over 25 years. Trust the work.
This is a beta version. I've made something I believe in, fiercely, but my tech isn't the best yet because it's new. The idea is we do the thing, we prove it works, and then more people can get involved. In time there will be more teachers on board too, which means more variety.
You'll also see I don't look the healthiest right now. I've been sick for a long time and I'm on the road to recovery, losing weight, all of it. I was very advanced in pole and fitness and I'm still just as passionate about sharing it. I teach a few classes a week and film some of them so I can keep building this library without exhausting myself. When a take is really bad, sound especially, I refilm it.
"My shoulder mounts have already improved, and it's only been three weeks. I haven't even done all of the classes in the block."
Matilda, high-level poler"I've been following the program quite good, doing four to six days a week."
G, background in gymnasticsI always teach the easiest option first, so start there with me. If you're comfortably hitting sixteen to eighteen reps of what I've given you, that's your sign to try the next hardest option. If you're not there yet, stay put. There's no rush and no ranking.
There are safety and set-up videos before some sessions, and they matter, especially if you're using a bag. If you've got a bag, I'm assuming you've got wraps and know how to use them, so use them. Shadow boxing alone is a genuinely solid workout and will get your heart rate up, just don't fling your arms around like a baby bird. Engage everything and make it count. It's labelled "boxing explainer" wherever you find it.
Short answer, you need both. Our bodies hold a lot of tension, from stress and from training, and we need time to nurture, restore, and reset. The flexibility sessions open with traditional stretching before moving into more restorative work, and both matter, even though there's a bit of a trend toward writing off traditional stretching altogether. My in-person students tend to feel more relaxed and mobile from the somatic style sessions specifically, so give real attention to both and see what your own body tells you.
Nothing automatic. This is a one week trial and it ends there. If you want to keep going, you join the membership. If you don't, no hard feelings and no sneaky billing. I'll check in either way.
Tell me and I'll tell you what to change. Once you're in, you can message me directly, and there's a live class every week you're welcome to join, you can come early or stay back after to ask me anything properly, one on one. I'd rather give you advice specific to your body than a generic disclaimer.
So I can actually keep track of everyone in it. This isn't a big faceless membership where you disappear into the numbers, it's small enough that I notice if you've gone quiet, check in properly, and give you real advice when you need it. Fifty is the number I can do that well for.
Yes, always. At the end of your week there's a quick survey where you can tell me your wins, your struggles, and what you'd like to see more of. That same email has a link to book a call with me directly, if you need a proper pep talk, or a bit of a kick.
The trial is one week and it ends there, with no automatic anything. If the way I teach makes sense to your body, this is where it keeps going.
The full library, the follow-along sessions, the live classes, the community, and the room to repeat these until you're properly strong at them.
This is a pilot, running with pole studios and other communities and sectors as we expand beyond pole, aiming to wrap by the end of the year, which is why the price is code-gated (your studio's code, or SPR30). If it works the way I think it will, where it goes next is bigger than pole. Pole is just where we're starting.
A proper look inside the Hub before you decide, so you know exactly what you'd be joining.
one more thing. if you decide to jump on in, put your studio's code in at the checkout. it brings you to $59 a month, and it's how your studio gets credited for sending you our way.
came straight through me? use SPR30.
Glad you were here. Andria x
